Community Gardens
Community gardens serve as vibrant spaces where people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures can come together, share knowledge and work side by side toward a common goal.
Each garden we've built has become a hub of connection - where neighbors meet, stories are shared, and friendships flourish.
From transforming vacant lots into vibrant gardens to hosting workshops, harvest festivals, and youth programs, PERP schemes (Practical Environmental Restoration Projects) are powerful, hands-on opportunities for people to make a direct and lasting impact on their local community. Through these projects communities come together to restore green spaces, improve biodiversity and reconnect with nature all while gaining valuable practical skills and a deeper understanding of environmental issues.
Completed schemes have revitalized areas, improved habitats for wildlife, enhanced access to natural spaces and built a strong sense of community pride. We're proud of the impact past schemes have made and we're excited to keep empowering communities to roll up their sleeves and take action for a healthier, greener future.
